6-month minimum term from the day it goes live, then rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice.
Your domain is registered in your name. It’s always yours.
Your words and photos are always yours. If you ever leave, I’ll send them over and point your domain wherever you like.

Bigger jobs (new pages, new features) are always quoted upfront before any work starts.
What’s the catch?
There isn’t a hidden one. Building a website takes time, so instead of charging for it upfront, it’s covered by your monthly plan. That’s why there’s a 6-month minimum once your site is live. Before then you pay nothing, and if you don’t like the mockup, you just say no.
Will it work with my booking system?
Yes. I can link the booking system you already use. If you don’t use one, I’ll set up a simple booking request form that goes straight to your phone.
Can I show photos of the dogs?
Yes. Send me your photos (phone photos are fine) and I’ll show them off properly. Adding new ones counts as a small change, which is included every month.
I’m an independent vet. Is this for me?
Yes. Your services, your team, opening hours, what to do in an emergency and a clear way to book or call, all easy to find on a phone.
Is the website really free to build?
Yes. There’s nothing to pay until your site is live and you’re happy with it. After that, the build is covered by your monthly plan, which has a 6-month minimum.
What happens after 6 months?
It rolls monthly. Stay as long as it’s working for you, or leave with 30 days’ notice. Your domain, words and photos go with you.
Do I own my website?
Your domain, your words and your photos are always yours. The design and the tools that run it (hosting, review requests, missed-call texts and your monthly report) are part of your plan. Want to own a site outright instead? Just ask and I’ll give you a price.
What do I need to do?
Send me your prices, some photos and your opening hours. After that, just WhatsApp any changes.
